All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Orders are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if a product is out of stock after your order is placed and offer a full refund or a suitable substitute.
Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for their stated purpose.
We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
